the staff was super friendly and helpfull. i really enjoy the ocean view from my room. also, i found the location was really amazing, near to all the attraction.
the noise from the bar downstairs was a bit loud even with earplugs.

the hotel has an very nice location right on the beach. it's directly on the promenade and makes accessing the beach and walks very easy. the views from the hotel are also fantastic.

Really good Room and Seafront Location

I enjoyed the room. It was spacious and well-decorated. the hotel provided cookies as an extra touch (i thought it was such a nice gesture).
there was some noise from the bar downstairs, it went on until quite late. i think i would ask for a room on the upper floors next time to minimize this.

loud musicimpossible sleep
the room was above a VERY loud bar. music played until 3am. earplugs were provided, but they were not enough to block the noise! SLEEP was almost impossible.

the room was spacious. it had a very comfortable BED. the location i found very CONVENIENT with many bars and restaurants nearby. they allowed pets too, that was amazing.
there was no air condition, and it was very HOT. i also paid for some prosecco, but it never arrived. when eating at the restaurant, we had no cutlery.

I found some issues. The noise level from the bar downstairs was quite disruptive, even with earplugs provided. It remained noisy. I think the hotel should mention this potential disturbance. I wish I had known to ask for a room on the top floor.
